Recomendado ,muy limpio y con todo lo necesario ,colchón cómodo ,TV ,clima ,sus jabones y papel ,agua caliente, tiene mínimos detalles pero para el precio está muy bien.
El costo se me hiso elevado para las condiciones en las que me tocó hospedarme. Mucho ruido a todas horas sin clima más que un ventilador para mantener el cuarto frío. Detalles que hay que mejorar y empatar con su atención al cliente.
A mi me encanta este lugar, limpio, amplio, dan lo que ofrecen! El costo calidad y precio lo vale, es económico limpio y muy amables! Aparte que esta a 1 o 2 cuadritas de la plaza
Buen lugar para descansar después de un rato de manejar. El precio es muy accesible, tiene TV, agua caliente, y hay camas king size, cosa que casi no hay en hoteles de ese rango de estrellas. Estacionamiento amplio y alto si llevas transporte de hasta 3 metros de altura.
I'm giving Alvarez a 5 star because we love simply love him and his family. It's a business man's hotel in the middle of San Blas and is very affordable and safe. The rooms are clean, the service is awesome, the only thing for travelers is there is no view, but when you walk out on the street, it's electric with the smells and sounds of San Blas, Mexico.

Buen servicio, me parece que le falta algo de personal, pero la persona que nos atendio super amable, el cuarto nos parecio bien, amplio aunque le falta algo de remodelacion... la ubicacion es lo que mas me gusta muy centrico.
Habitación que cumplen su función y por el precio no me quejo de nada solo su internet no llega a siertas habitaciones y su servicio de tele no funciona del todo bien pero cumple con su propósito el cual es descansar y por su presión no me quejo
